David K and Craig delivered our 2 settees on Tuesday. As promised they contacted us by telephone about 30 minutes in advance so we were ready and waiting for their arrival. Unfortunately it was a very wet day but David and Craig worked quickly and efficiently to ensure that the settees were well protected from the rain. Once in the house they completed the assembly of the settees and positioned them where we wanted them in the room. While they did their work, we were provided with much useful information and advice on care of the material. Overall we were delighted with David and Craig - undoubtedly both are a credit to Boconcept!

We have had two deliveries now from Bo Concept and the installation team are fabulous. Chris and Dave K were with us on Friday and the attention to detail is definitely worth 5 stars. Nothing is too much bother.

We were looking for a style of furniture to suit our flat and from the moment we met Neil in the Glasgow Buchanan Street store, we were blown away by his courtesy and professionalism, he took time to explain the entire process to us and couldn't have been more helpful.
Having decided that we wished to go ahead with the BoConcept furniture range, now that it has been installed, we have found that it is of exceptional quality, and the attention to detail on the finishes really are second to none.
I would highly recommend their designs to anyone that is looking to create an amazing space within their homes.
Praise must also go to the 2 Davids within the install team who were so attentive and very friendly, they have left us with an amazing new range of furniture that has totally transformed our lounge area, we can't wait to show it off to friends and family alike.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the BoConcept staff, they are superb!

Bo Concept beautiful furniture may not be cheap, BUT their customer service makes every penny you spend there more than worth it! From the first phone call to the shop to our table being repaired less than a week later by two very competent, pleasant and courteous professionals, It is definitely five stars furniture and five stars service.

Stitching on one of the seat cushions came out within a week. Had expected better quality. Although costumer service helpful in the end, they are slow to respond and sent out independent upholstery company who didn’t do a very good job. Hopefully it will be taken care of soon as I like the sofa overall.
