Unser nicht gerade günstiges Sofa Carlton hat nach 1,5 Jahren eine geplatzte Naht an der Armlehne, die ja quasi nicht strapaziert wird. Die Kissen sind komplett durchgesessen und die Nähte der waschbaren Bezüge sind GAR NICHT versäumt!! Das heißt nach dem 1. waschen fanden wir einen Fadensalat vor. Absolut mangelnde Verarbeitun bei einem völlig überteuertem Preis. Nie wieder Boconcept-Sofa. Schade.

What a fab experience at Tottenham Court Road shop. Went in for advice and ended up being served by the loveliest of person, Parminder. She was so knowledgable about the sofa, materials, maintenance that it gave us the confidence to just go for it in order to secure the discount. There was no big sales push, just her lovely manner, great attitude and great design ideas. We really enjoyed our time with Parminder.So a big thank you......

"Good Customer Service"

We experienced a very good customer service at Tottenham Court Road by Sogol, as we already had the design by one of the store in Spain but needed to see them in reality.
She welcomed us warmly and managed to demonstrate every single items in our designs with a professional manner.
However we also visited the Finchley Road branch but there were not helpful as soon as they realised we already had our designs.

My partner nominated me to be at home when the furniture was delivered and installed (In Aberdeen).
They rang 1/2 hour beforre arriving, arrieved on time, assembled the furniture and took the packaging away.

"Knowledgeable and Professional Sales Personnel in Bo Concept"

I have been based in Hong Kong but have to purchase furniture items for furnishing my brand new apartment in London while I am still in Hong Kong. I purchased recently a Mezzo storage bed, a Lugano TV cabinet and a Cenova corner sofa through Dev Ramburn, a Business Manager of Bo Concept at Tottenham Court Road.

I shortlisted some fabrics and leathers for my Mezzo bed and Dev helped providing me with very detailed description as well as the merits and in some cases the drawbacks for each of the materials. He also sent me images and even took the trouble to take videos on some of the materials and comparing some of them side by side under natural light and send me the videos through his personal mobile phone so as to enable me to see the true colours and textures of the different materials as much as possible.

For the Cenova corner sofa, Dev helped creating a 3-D layout of my living room using the dimensions provided by me and thereby worked out the optimal dimensions of the sofa.

In the whole purchasing process, Dev was very helpful and I had a very positive experience. He is knowledgeable about the products of Bo Concept and could help customers along in the selection of materials in a professional manner. I was particularly impressed by his high work commitment as he continued to work on my questions even during his off-duty time. .

I used the interior design service at BoConcept Battersea, London, and I was supported by Maria Nicolas Bano. She was able to translate what I was looking for into a proposal that I was more than happy with. Our living room is beautiful and I would have not been able to achieve this outcome without her help, advice and experience.
