Worst purchase ever. My husband bought me a £500 canvas as a birthday gift 10 months ago, it hasn’t been delivered yet! Over a 100 phone calls , a 100 fake promises, and still counting.

I couldn't have had a more positive experience with BoConcept, Manchester store.
I'd had my eye on the Lugano unit for a while but couldn't quite justify the price, so when I saw that the Manchester store had an ex-display Lugano in the colour I wanted, I contacted the team at the store to purchase and arrange shipping to London. David Edwards - from the Manchester team - was incredibly helpful and continually shared updates on how my order was coming along.
My Lugano unit has now arrived and I'm super impressed with the quality. All in all, a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

We had excellent service from the minute we went into the showroom until the delivery and setting up of our sofa. The delivery team were punctual, friendly and incredibly skilled at their job. It was quite telling that they were directly employed by BoConcept and not under contract. They really cared about their job and their customers

"Terrible Ottawa chaise sofa!"
Bought my sofa last year 2019 March and arrived a month later which agreed. However, after user for 6 month sofa cushion start to deepen and they aware is the manufacture fault, They agreed to replace a new sofa and I did not get my replacement sofa till last week due to covid. Happy once I got my sofa last week. However, after a week sitting on the sofa, same problem occurred again, and the cushion has deepen. I have spend more than £5K on Bo Concept product, so far the sofa that I bought is the worst sofa I ever got in my entire life!

Excellent service and good quality products.
I have purchased all my furniture from BoConcept (apart from the wardrobe). 2 years later: the carpet continues to look new, sofa, bed,lamp, coffee and dining table as well as the mirror have all kept their excellent condition.
Today i had the wall desk installed and its looking good!
