Excellent, helpful and efficient customer service. Boconcept immediately replied to my query and sent out a touch-up pen to match my cabinet that had a small paint peel after a chair was pushed into it. The pen was easy to use and matched my product exactly, with a finish that looks like new.
Their products are superb quality and design.

We purchased 8 Zarra dining chairs from BoConcept a few years ago. We liked the style, they are comfortable and whilst not inexpensive we were assured by the sales staff of their quality.
We also purchased the recommended cleaning / conditioning care products as recommended and advised.
Today several of the chairs (leather covering)have split, cracked and started to simply disintegrate!.
They have had relatively little use, maybe 30 dinners.
The response from the store has been....
“We know this problem, the reconstituted leather begins to break down immediately with use. Your chairs have simply reached the end of their useable life of 5-7 years!”
So much for BoConcept quality and customer care with this example!.
No refund, partial or otherwise or replacement offered.

Staff at the redbrick Batley are awful!
They watch you and select people they want to interact with and just hover, watching so you don’t steal the awful overpriced rubbish they sell. Looks like other branches give a better customer service, we nearly bought a unit and am glad I read the reviewers were there were issues. You seem to think your products will sell themselves, but it also involves the customer service. Avoid and go to the other more helpful and respectful shops at the redbrick.

"Back up service"
We purchased an electric recliner in 2016. Unfortunately a metal bar snapped resulting in the foot rest section not functioning. We visited the Swiss Cottage, London store with the broken parts & photos. The problem was then passed onto customer services. Following a number of emails we were notified that the chair was no longer in their range & that they were unable to source spare parts & inviting us to visit the store & select a new chair up to the value of the original. One could not have asked for better support & service. The staff both in store & at the service center were at all times polite , courteous & extremely helpful.

Excellent service received from the Glasgow based team. From the hugely helpful design and colour scheme assistance to the installation, the service was excellent as usual and the team are so friendly and professional. No doubt we will be back for more lovely items in future!

Workers were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Quick service too. Wouldn’t help move previous cabinet but I guess company rules and insurance and all that.
