"We ordered a table when in London in…"

We ordered a table when in London in January, expecting to be able to take delivery in April when we returned to the UK. The COVID pandemic however prevented us from doing so and the company was good enough to hold the item that had arrived from Italy until we returned. This took place this month and the item was delivered in short order with efficient and polite staff who assembled it and wore masks. The table looks great and we are very happy with it.

I would be careful ordering from Bo Concept UK. They misadvertise the arrival date by a wide margin in order to get you to purchase their products. Once you buy there are no refunds and you have very little power.

I purchased a coffee table in mid October with an estimated delivery date of first week of November (order Close to the delivery date I received a call saying it has been delayed due to customs (weird since we are still in the EU) and will now arrive on November 20th. Closer to the arrival date I get another call saying it’s been delayed again this time to mid/late December!! Honestly if I knew it would take almost 3 months I would have never ordered this. I only have a 12 month lease so thanks for wasting my time Bo Concept.

I tried to get some sort of concession from them (at leasr waive the delivery fee) as they have messed up but this has been to no avail. The arrogance and incompetence is glaring and I will never purchase anything from these jokers again. They are supposed to be a high end furniture store but in actuality couldnt even deliver a pizza if their lives depended on it.

Update: Bo Concept replied with the weak excuse below as if the pandemic were something new. It’s been going on for 8 months now!! The least you could have done was reflect it in your delivery estimate so as to not mislead customers. I buy alot online. No one has used the pandemic as an excuse since April. Update potential customers accordingly and give them the ability to cancel!!

"Quality customer service"

During my experience with Boconcept, Sogol was most helpful. She was very informative and helped with my decision on which TV unit and Dining Table to buy. She even went out her way to map out my floor plan to give me a visualisation of everything coming together. Even after the purchase, she was helping to follow up on my case to ensure that the delivery dates were met. Overall, was the most pleasant furniture shopping experience and thank you to Sogol.

"Misleading"

I had a pretty negative and frustrating experience with Lisa in Bo Concept. I was offered to customize my living room furniture, designing it piece by piece over a simulation tool they had in store. I chose a few pieces of decoration based on how they were presented in the simulation tool (shape, color, dimensions, etc.). I received a photo of the final products I bought over a confirmation email.

After a long 9-week wait, I finally received the order, only to discover that the decoration pieces do not match what I chose in store and do not match the photos I received over the confirmation email. Their reaction was quite indifferent and cold. They did agree that the products I received do not match what was depicted in the photos sent in the confirmation email, and acknowledged the photos might have been confusing, yet they did not offer any fix to the problem. They did not offer to return it back or offer a full refund. They insisted that I'll have to pay 40% cancellation fee if I want to return it back. Cancellation for an order I did not choose! They miscommunicated their product and mislead me into buying something I did not intend, and are asking for a cancellation fee!

From our initial visit to the Canterbury store until the delivery and assembly of our new Dining table,we were extremely happy with the service given and all the staff were very welcoming and efficient.
the table wasn't bad either !

Would also be nice if they could wear masks and shoe coverings especially when spending that long in my home.

We were extremely delighted with our consultant's help in London Totenham Court Road store and we cannot emphasize enough how good she was with everything. She managed to find our floor plan online and even showed how the sofa would look like. We went there the next day to change our minds about the sofa and she again handled it very well and we left without any question marks in our heads. Her name is Parminder and I can tell she was the best consultant I have ever come across! Thanks Parminder!

BO Concept customer services in the store and delivery was outstanding. Probably the best customer service we’ve received in recent years. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic service at the showroom at Westfields. Ordering was easy, It was put together in our front room really quickly. And everything explained well. The table is really good quality and very happy with it.
