I was extremely happy with the service and support I received from Bo Concept. I had a particularly difficult time in getting into my new property which took a number of months and the team at Bo Concept, Glasgow could not have been more helpful and flexible. In particular Jess, from the Buchanan Galleries store was excellent and made herself available for me to contact when I needed. She has been so friendly and knowledgable throughout the process. With regard to my purchases, I couldn't be happier with them and the men who came to install the furniture were extremely professional and helpful.

"Completely Addicted"

I wandered into the Edinburgh Bo Concept shop for some inspiration for the lights for our new reconstructed kitchen/diner and completely fell in love with those cool Scandinavian designs. Andie, one of the designers started casually chatting to me and in a nice helpful way, showed me some ideas, which led to me asking her to do a home visit which led to us completely replacing our dining room table and chairs and sideboard, and inspired us to add more, without even bothering to look anywhere else. Andie was very knowledgable about the products and the options, listened to our ideas, and wasn’t afraid to suggest alternatives. The delivery lead time seemed lengthy 8-12 weeks, and some items were delayed (hence the 4 star review), but Andie kept us informed and when they were delivered, the installation team couldn’t have been more helpful and the end result looks and feels wonderful. I have no hesitation in recommending Bo Concept.

"Beautiful furniture, exemplary service"

Brought our Dining Room ceramic table and leather chairs from the Canterbury store just before the 'Lockdown'(great timing!). The design consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful and spent a lot of time discussing our requirements. He took us through leather swatches and advised us on materials, finishes and colours. We finally took delivery last week and Adam and his colleague, the delivery and build team, were exemplary as regards their professionalism. Adam gave us updates on delivery and timing and called us an hour before the agreed time to confirm all was on schedule. They arrived and were wearing face masks, removed their shoes and unpacked speedily. They worked quietly, removing boxes to their van when emptied. They both answered questions we had as they worked. Before they left they asked us to examine the furniture to ensure that there were no marks. They also demonstrated how to extend the table and then, with them both present, let us do it whilst watching. We received advice on how to move the table without damaging the mechanism and also how to clean and condition the leather using the leather treatment that came with the chairs.
Forgive the extended review but the whole experience was worth writing. As the saying goes ' quality remains long after the price is forgotten' Thoroughly recommended company

"Great Service and Products"

I furnished my flat with several BoConcept items. Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the deliveries had to be rescheduled, but as soon as the restrictions were lifted I received my furniture. I am very pleased with the service I received, and the quality of the items.

Something to keep in mind is that the lead times can be quite long, due to the fact that the furniture is sent from Denmark. So good planning is essential.

"BoConcept Furniture in the Showhouse had the WOW Factor!"

I contacted BoConcept as I loved the furniture in the Cala Showhouse we had viewed and I decided wanted some of the items for my own new home. Andie subsequently contacted me and from the word go it was an amazing experience resulting in me furnishing the whole house from BoConcept. It was great to run ideas past Andie and equally good to benefit from her wealth of knowledge and expertise. It was surprising how we liked the same things and I felt confident that I was working with someone who was honest and professional. Andie made the whole experience easy and together we had great fun, not a chore at all. I am now speaking to Andie about coming out to style my new home and she is coming up with great ideas. I would have no hesitation in recommending BoConcept to friends and family as I would be confident they would get a professional service, great furniture to choose from and the help of Andie or one of colleagues. I have had a really great experience and can't thank Andie enough, she has worked her magic! The experience has surpassed all my expectations and I can't wait to see my new home and show it off to friends and family

I have bought a few items from this shop and I have always found them to be polite, helpful and efficient.

I recently bought bedroom furniture with them and raised a query about delivery times. They contacted the manufacturers in Denmark to arrange speeding up the delivery, phoned me back to confirm, delivered when then said they would etc. On another occasion I contacted them as an item I had bought went on sale shortly after I purchased it - they gave me vouchers equivalent to the amount I would have saved.

Overall I would return to them and would recommend them.

Our experience with Boc concept has been exceptional from the beginning to the delivery of our sofa.
Jessica was super helpful in helping us deciding the right size of the sofa, visualising rhe space with the interior design service. She even fot samples fpr our floor ao that we have all the colours we need in front of us.
We were kept informed every ste of the way. Highly recommended.
