I pre-ordered my pro kit from this site in 2020. The hello kit was exciting to finally receive and since I have I keep it on my office desk every day. I’ve already received two comments from coworkers talking about how cool the technology is. If you’re not patient, I would recommend waiting to order the magfast products until they have caught up with their pre-orders on the entire line up. That said, the quality exceeded my expectations and the unboxing experience was just fantastic! For me, it was definitely worth the wait, I’m excited to receive the rest of my pre-order at a future date. But for now, I’ve got three great quality chargers that are not just functional, but also aesthetically pleasing.

I bought into this Magfast Start-Up in April 2020. Selected several items to make a package and sent my money. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM.
I have participated in the on-line conferences and am still on their e-mailing list.
Every time I make an enquiry about my order I am told that the items will be "shipping soon". I am begged to consider that they are a Start-Up and have shipping issues. Really??

Q: How long will it take to get my purchases?
A: Never. This is a complete scam.

I odered using points and my balance was not replaced into my account until I reached out multiple times and waited and waited. There was an offer with the original "shipping now" email to purchase additional at a great "buy two, get one free" offer that I was unable to avail myself of as almost half of my points had not been replaced into my account..... they seem to be trying to sell more and more before fulfilling what they have already sold.
