Magfast is a great Company with amazing products. The charging cables that they make are the best charging cables that you could buy. No other charging cables come even close to the quality that Magfast makes. The best there is. Everything that Magfast makes is the best, You can ever buy.

I am very impressed by Magfast, the Team and the products. I really would have liked to give 5 stars, however to date I have only received one of the three products ordered through Magfast directly, and have yet to receive any of the chargers that I backed and paid for on Kickstarter. Once all products have been received I will gladly give 5 stars

Magfast products are amazing, to there fast charging, smooth no kinking cables to there quick, easy, uncomplicated (life, extreme and air) charging systems. I have never been more fired up about a new product like this one. In my mind this is the new apple for charging systems. You HAVE to try this!!!

"Magfast sets high standards"

Magfast sets high standards for their products. They work well and look great doing it. If I would change anything it would be the micro USB input for power to charge either battery including extreme seems lacking when USB C is available and would be much faster to recharge, an obvious shortcoming to me. I otherwise like the product overall with it's magnetic connections being a favorite. The "wall" outlet we are still waiting to be produced will also have the magnetic connections. If we can receive the product it will be a welcome part of the family we are now missing.

"They raised money to start their company on Indigogo but never delivered the promised products."

This company crowd funded (Indigogo) their startup. Using those funds BUT NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCTS PROMISED TO THEIR INVESTORS they started producing OTHER products and selling them. This has left their crowd sourced customers in the lurch. No products. Like all the other comments about paying for products YEARS ago where they have not delivered I, too, have not received any products or emails explaining why. Apparently it is a bait and switch operation. They do email me! They send emails asking for me to ‘comment’ on their website about how they are a great company!!! Even though I sent them hundreds of dollars for a product they never delivered.

I received my chargers last month about mid-October, after a very long wait time. But that is to be expected because at the time this is a brand-new product going through testing and development, in all the phases and stages before bringing a quality product to market. I opened the shipping box two weeks ago to discover the products shipped, as there will be a part two. Thus far I am delighted with the LIFE and AIR which I am using right now to charge my iPhone 13 Pro. My extreme power bank came with two of the 10 LEDs lit up so it’s at low charge and I’m charging it now even nearly 10 hours later it is still charging but then again this is the largest and most powerful of the MAGFAST chargers which is alleged to be able to re-charge a car’s battery.
I have confidence in the company because I have frequently received emails updating me as to the progress and addressing delays, of which there have been many yet, again this is to be expected and the product comes in quality packaging and appears to be very solid and well functioning. Nay sayers be quiet and be patient. If it’s taking too long, you can opt for a return of your funds by cancelling your order. I did not take that option because I recognised that this was a good deal, even if it took three years to receive it.

Received my Pre-order (from a few years ago) about a month ago. Love the products. Very solid and good quality. Only thing is that I find it takes a very long to fully charge my phone or to charge the chargers as well.
