I had purchased a LUX cable for an iPhone & it quit charging the iPhone. It was replaced because I had registered it with the company. The cord was not chewed by pets or other animals, it just quit charging. There was not any problem getting it replaced.

Unacceptable lengthy Wait Time: I still have not received my products after almost 2.5 years.
Disappointing Experience with Magfast!!!
I invested nearly $500 almost 2.5 years ago and still haven't received the product. Despite my initial excitement, the extended wait time has left me disappointed.
The lack of updates regarding the order's status has been frustrating. I understand that delays can occur, but 2.5 years is unacceptable and the absence of communication has made me feel neglected as a customer.
Magfast continues to supposedly develop and promote new products that they want people to buy, yet they still haven't fulfilled past outdated orders. This makes no sense to me. Continuing to collect people's money and deliver no products!
I urge Magfast to address this issue promptly and provide clarity on when I can expect my order. Transparency and improved communication and actual products would greatly improve my satisfaction as a customer.
In summary, my experience with Magfast has been unsatisfactory due to the lengthy wait time, lack of products, and lack of updates. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend the company or products to others since I have yet to receive any products.
