Took forever for you to replace the products that I had problems with and I am still waiting on Air which you keep saying it is on its way! Not to mention all of the other products I am still waiting for!! Why would I even consider buying your new products when you have not even sent me the rest of my original purchases? Again the customer service takes way too long to respond to me and when they do, they still never have any substantive answers!

"Magfast is a great product"

Magfast is a great product. I have one of their charging cords, its very fast in charging, its a good 6 feet long which is great. I can use it anywhere there is a plug anytime, it doesn't get tangled in any way which is great because that makes it something that I don't have to worry about.

"Disappointed"

As I said in my text I heard the hype and was excited to finally get my order. But have never been so disappointed. The power from the extreme is lousy. It took 30%. It took much longer than the lux. But I have to buy someone else’s cord to charge. Great plan. I’m so disappointed. I would hope to hear that the charging issue isn’t normal and I can get a replacement, but I doubt that what a snow job.

We got our products,they work great,l would of liked cord to be a bit longer.reason being l have to take my phone case off to charge phone because l have a ring finger holder to take pics.Other than that all great.Maybe you can make 2 sizes of cable for USB.just a suggestion
