Received my first hello kits (2) ordered back in 2020 a few weeks ago! Very pleased with the quality and finish! The boxing and packaging was excellent! I have one more kit ordered in 2021 not received and the promise of a 4th because I preordered 3!!! Waiting for auto charger and time for Apple Watch not released yet also! I’ve gotten many friends to order or consider Magfast because of superior quality, design and customer service!

The idea of taking the time to get it right and make it last is what it should be all about not how quickly can I make a million bucks off the backs of others. Update: After writing the review below, they cancelled my “order” and essentially said it was my fault for not catching all of the many pre-selected items. I’m sorry but confirming my shipping address for a previous order should not be an exercise in Where’s Waldo to un-click boxes for stuff I didn’t ask for. Your website experience is underhanded and should be illegal.

Original review: I’d give negative stars if that was possible. I purchased products 2 1/2 yrs ago and still have seen anything yet. I finally received an email stating that part of my order was ready to be delivered ( I guess my kids might be able to use the other items if Apple is still in business after another decade or so).. Anyway, they provided a link where I was told to go to “confirm my shipping address”. I went there and was asked for my credit card information to complete a $1375 purchase. I already paid for my items As it turned out, the website helpfully ore-selected further items I might like to purchase for $1375. After contacting the company they sent a video showing how I could unselect the pre-selected items. Unfortunately, the website was slightly different that the one in the video and I ended up getting charged $165 for 7 or 8 of the same charging cable in different colors and a small charging block. Helpful because what animal wants to use a white charging cord when they’re wearing blue jeans? I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. There’s probably plenty of time as I suspect I have to verify my address for this purchase in another 3-4 years. This company is a scam and they will steal all your money if they could.

Fairly simple. Whatever you purchase you only get part of what you ordered. Still waiting for wall unit from my Pro Kit ordered years ago. Still waiting for my product for investing $1000. Ordered several lux charging cords and again only received part of what I ordered. I think your product is very good but your marketing and shipping of product is atrocious. I think you should deliver product that customers order in a timely fashion. It is quite easy to understand why you get poor reviews.

Love these charging cables. Do not let the price scare you off in investing in these lifetime LUXuary cables! They are worth every penny. They feel fantastic, are the perfect length at 6 feet, & NEVER get tangled! You will not regret getting these cables for yourself and or as gifts. Plus, the lighting "Apple" charging cables are MFI Apple certified. Great product & a wonderful company.
