The property was decorated well and all amenities were looking new and nice. However, the building itself was old. The kitchen sink was leaking and the second floor balcony ceiling was leaking whenever we take showers from the third floor. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Five Star properties and bliss beach rentals was fabulous. We had interest issues, and they had someone to our rental house within the hour, and it was on Easter.

"The survey that was sent shortly after…"

The survey that was sent shortly after arrival was appreciated. The elevator was not working and an outside light was broken with broken glass left on the balcony. Five star staff arrived in a timely manner to attend to our concerns. We were also able to list items that we found but were not anything that needed immediate attention. We felt this allowed us to alert staff to issues that we found upon entry to the home and could be addresses later. The house was beautiful and staff was accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Carmel IN Spring Break 2021"

Giving our stay 4 stars with a qualification. The property was wonderful, and the 5 Star team terrific. Had a couple of maintenance hiccups when we checked in, yet those were remedied by day 2. All in all it was a wonderful property, spacious enough for 16 (plus a baby) with room to spare. Our only issue was with the residents in the condo complex to the east of the property. Seems an hour wouldn't go by when we had gawkers literally hanging out at the wall separating the properties peering into the property. We would ask them for privacy, then another group would show up. I would venture to say that we ran off probably 50-60 people during the week. I realize a wall is a wall and if you can peer over that is one thing, yet most were putting their arms on top of the wall and gawking for long periods of time. At one point we had a couple of them ask to join our volleyball game. Rent the property if you want to play!

"Five Star Properties was excellent to…"

Five Star Properties was excellent to work with - very responsive, timely and accommodating over the course of our stay. They were very easy to communicate with - sent all lock codes, arrival/departure information, etc. beforehand via secure site and were great!

Property was clean, inspected by Five Star Properties prior to our being let in, well managed and very nice to deal with - highly recommend!

Love the condo!!! Love working with Five Star / Bliss. The condo is right on the beach & chair service was excellent. I would recommend this to my friends. Condo was clean & furniture was in great shape. Pictures do not lie.

"We paid for a heated pool"

We paid for a heated pool, it was broken until the third day. The floors of our unit were nasty and we found broken glass in the rugs. Maintenance people were very rude.

"Horrible disappointment"

Condo we rented was filthy! Dishwasher was broken, toaster didn’t work, oven took forever! Missing mattress on the day bed, patio furniture was mildewed and ripped. Worse penthouse we have ever rented. Put in complaint and have heard nothing back. Also the parking garage that was supposed to hold two cars was full of junk so only one car was able to use it. Given only 3 key fobs for 12 people which was quite a hassle
