We were so pleased with our vacation experience, from the call letting us know that our house was ready early to on-site assistance helping us when we couldn’t find our golf cart key, to all of the supplies waiting for us when we arrived. All of the staff were pleasant and prompt, the renter portal site was great and easy to use, and it was truly a carefree experience.

Great experience all the way around. These folks obviously have been around and know how to make the vacation renting experience easy. The staff was a pleasure to wor with and we will use Bliss Beach Rentals again in the future.

Our family has been leasing Destin properties for the last 28 years. Five Star Properties is the standard for all other rental companies we've used. Check in and check out is painless. Repair issues were handled professionally and promptly. Representatives were accessible even during a hurricane. Rental properties are not without issue during one's stay, but ours have been very clean and operational upon occupancy and were as advertised. Their color glossy catalogue of available rentals is also a plus.

We really liked the location and the view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.
This condo is startzing to show its wear and tear as kitchen needs updating and bathrooms need regrouting. The couch and love seat were very uncomfortable.

This was fabulous house well appointed and comfortable with 2 large kitchens we made it work for us Location was great we really enjoyed it some appliances could use some updating

"Place was great"

Place was great! The stove isn’t the greatest, a lot of the burners either don’t work right or heat up way too hot and burn things. Other than that was wonderful, great location. Love that we had our own little spot on the beach.

"The house is goods"

The house is goods, but customer service is not pretty good. I called customer service several time during my stay but no one pick up. The spa hot tub didn’t clean, It still have left over towel in water and empty cup floating around. The sand on the bottom spa hot tub is still there, haven’t clean.

Overall inside the house is good and clean, but need some work outside especially the hot tub.
