I purchased this service on 2/15/25 and as of 2/17/25 it quit working. I read through the articles to troubleshoot and everything was as it should be. I was unable to locate a phone # to call for support. The only avenue was chat. It seemed all the responses were from a bot. Copy and paste responses directing me to articles, all of which I read already. I asked to get assistance without having to pay the $53 fee to get help….which logically shouldn’t be needed as a newly purchased service shouldn’t just quit working. After back and forth for about 45 minutes I purchased the assistance. Matt Stone assisted me. All seemed to go well…..until we disconnected from the chat and I checked the dashboard on my phone. Locations updated for about 20 minutes. Nothing else did and no location updates since. I immediately got back on chat. I got the same representative I had initially (Joshua) and advised him of all the issues and that I just paid for assistance and nothing works. I was again directed to articles. I swear, it’s a bot with copy and paste functionality. No intelligence whatsoever. This is a scam company. You buy the service and they probably turn it off behind the scenes so you have to call in to get help…AND pay for which ends up not working anyway.

Don’t waste your money, time, or sanity with this company.

I have requested a refund but from what I read they have loophole after loophole to keep them from having to issue it.
