I ordered two dresses (same color but different patterns). I ordered the wrong size because I didn't follow the measuring instructions. I asked to return the dresses and exchange one for a different size (followed the measuring guidelines). Customer service was prompt in advising what I needed to do to return the dresses and upon receipt they were prompt in mailing out the exchanged dress. The dress fits well, is made of good quality. Very happy with my choice!

Et, cerise sur le gâteau, lorsque j'essaie de les contacter par mail pour faire le retour je n'ai aucune réponse ! C'est du vol et c'est scandaleux !

I bought a bridesmaids dress according to the sizing on the website, unfortunately it was too large when it arrived. The exchange process was easy and quick, with the agents on the email being very helpful. The dress is now the correct size although will require a minor alteration as any off the shelf dress can do to fit perfectly. Quality acceptable for a bridesmaids dress

The fit is amazing with only one small issue - there is no tab on the zipper to open or close the dress. I contacted Ever-pretty and they immediately gave me the option of returning for full refund, selecting another dress or 50% discount.
