"the contractor was supposed to come back to recheck the dryer"

the contractor was supposed to come back to check my dryer again as it is taking longer to dry clothes than it did .. I'm being proactive because there is a very loud noise coming from the dryer & the heating element may be going out .. so I do not want to close this claim

FAHW quickly assigned the service request. Initially uncomfortable that they had assigned it to Sears, but the Sears tech was efficient, courteous and technically competent. The repair was completed on time and with little hassle.

"Don't waste your money or your time"

Don't waste your money or your time. I placed a service request for my dryer. First they don't call you to schedule the appointment for days. Then they came out and did a poor job at fixing. I called back to request that they come out to check it again. The came but failed to properly repair. I called again and was told they could not send anyone out again and that the dryer is operating normal. I was told to get a second opinion, which basically means fix it on your own because we are not doing anything. I am out the service call fee and a repair that has left my dryer ready for the trash. Just got off the phone with a supervisor, who pretty much was useless with getting this problem resolved. I was told since the dryer was working it no longer qualified for a service call regardless of the noises it was making because that is considered functioning. So they can come out and do a half ass job and collect your service call fee knowing they will not have to answer to anyone for the poor repairs. ACCOUNT IS UNDER PRECIADO REQUEST #314238402.
