Issue was prompt to respond and react… The technician that arrived was very thorough and very professional, providing quite a bit information on what their services cover and any subsequent problems that may occur they would stand behind their work.

"I'm quite disappointed"
I'm quite disappointed. I requested something, and they neglected to tell me it wasn't actually covered until after they'd sent a technician to my house. The repairman initially said I needed a new part and it would be 5-7 days before they could get one. I gave them that time, tried to call the repairman directly, and nothing. I had to complain to FAHW and they said they'd look into it. Nothing. I had to call again and they told me it would be fixed. Then the next day they called and said no, actually it's not covered after all. I wish they had told me it wasn't covered before agreeing to send someone to look into it.
