"SCAM"

As previously stated, scam. They advertise prices that undercut the competition, then as soon as you click to pay (after filling in your card details) it ups the price considerably.
They give you some waffle about prices fluctuating, but I have tried multiple times now. Always starting with the low offer, always being told the price has to go up at checkout. I even got the art of entering my details down to seconds, but still their grip of the market is allegedly so dynamic that the price went up.
When have you ever picked something up from the shelf in a shop and by the time you walked to the till, the staff tell you that global influences have unfortunately increased the price of the very item you wanted! No-one would want to shop with such uncertainty.
Dishonest organisations like this should be shunned, so we at least get fair competition between providers.
Oh & as an addendum, I’m not interested in a placatory reply, telling me how the system works in their eyes and asking me to contact customer services to see if something can be done. What can be done is business with integrity in the first place.

"Misleading prices, beware!"

Was listed on a price comparison site and the hotel room was around £45 cheaper than any other booking site, put all my details in and clicked book then the price suddenly changed and it was more expensive than any other booking site!

As others have mentioned here, this seems to be a common occurrence when booking with this site...

Edit: They seem to be very good at replying to negative comments on here, but that doesn't change the fact that they're operating in a very shady way. AVOID COMPANIES THAT OPERATE IN THIS WAY!

Fast support. I missed the symbol in my email in the booking (I was unauthorized) and I didn't get the letters about the booking. I solved this task in few minutes with support.

I got a problem in the reception with the lady and I try to call them but no one answers so I was thinking they’re not gonna help me but I send an email and the answer really fast, they really help me it was all the lady on the front but when the call her she fix everything, because she wants me to pay more and canceled my booking day. More than 5 stars

"Tweede keer geprobeerd een reservering…"

Tweede keer geprobeerd een reservering te doen via Nustay maar ook nu werd de prijs weer aangepast op het laatste moment (bijna verdubbeld). Meteen de laatste keer dat ik hun site bezoek.

"Scam site. Bait and switch."

They show low prices in price comparison sites, then once you've gone through their booking process and click confirm, a message pops up. 'Oh no, this price is no longer available. Confirm your booking at this new price?'. That new price is the same as the next lowest price you could see elsewhere. Basically a scam to get you to fill in your booking on their site.

"Managed to correct booking date"

Booked the "no cancellation" option for the wrong date. Contacted Nustay immediately and the booking could be shifted to the correct date.

keep well away, arogant with not customer service.

i just called the hotel and was advised its not there policy to not refund customers, L made a mistake in booking the incorrect date and subsequently made a second booking with in 5 mins.

Every hotel booking site i have used allows a 24 hour canellation period.

I wont be using Nustay again - there policies are not clear on the booking page
