The professional way from the initial discussion to the measuring up was all well managed.
Your two installers came earlier than planned but not an issue, they did well in their fitment process and operational knowhow, explained the questions I asked and kept a clean working environment in the whole process.
My only concern was being asked for the final payment the day before the doors were fitted, it left me uncomfortable as not a good process.

Used this company after talking to a neighbour for whom they had fitted a new electric sectional door. Can't fault the experience from the initial phone enquiry to completed installation. Two single sectional garage doors fitted to our double garage, they look great and they even fitted a trim to cover underside of the steel lintels, which had been visible since the house was built! Installers Nathan & Owen arrived as scheduled, did a great job, tidied up thoroughly and gave an informative handover. As other reviewers have noted, they do ask for full payment ahead of installation - this didn't worry me too much as I had seen the quality of the work at my neighbour's, but I can understand why some customers wouldn't be happy with this.

"Room for improvement"

Bought an aluminium garage door with glazing from them 11 years ago. Clear communication. Easy delivery. A bit of a premium paid for it all but works as intended.

A star deducted because they don't have a refurbishing/recycling scheme which is not very responsible in this day and age, especially with aluminium. Forced to advertise in classifieds or failing that send to landfill.
