Very good service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful sales office staff and the installers were clean and tidy and left the garage and drive in good order. Would recommend.

11 days from installation, I am happy with the product.
Estimated lead time was 3 weeks but there has been delay of additional 3 weeks and a few back and forth emails to confirm the installation date.

What makes me not giving 5 starts is their payment terms which state a payment in full a few days prior the installation. This seems a bit off and unnecessary.

Great contact and support from start to finish. Friendly professional staff and sales people. Fitters were exceptional in perfecting every detail. We are thrilled with our 50/50 front opening garage door and pedestrian door to the garden. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone thinking about improving the look and security of their home and garage.

What a great company to go to!! We'd looked around for a business we could trust to supply and instal replacement (garage and front) doors at the front of our home and the Garage Door Centre far exceeded our expectations. Thanks to our contact, Jerome, the whole sequence, from taking details, through survey, agreeing specification (and dealing with our many questions) and quotation to fitting was seamless. Their two technicians, Scott and Justin, arrived on time on the day and set to immediately, working tirelessly (with just one short break) until the job was finished to a great standard. Ben ensured that we fully understood how the doors worked (including in the event of a power failure). Overall, and excellent service and we would definitely recommend The Garage Door Centre.

Nathan and Owen worked really hard all day, the end result was superb electric garage doors. They showed us how to operate the doors. They took away the old doors and all the rubbish. Gave us all the paperwork we needed. This is a fantastic company, kept us informed from day one. Would fully recommend them. So glad we chose them. Thank you everyone.
