"Ruby wedding celebrations"

We have just booked a cruise for 2026 to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary. Zoe who has been dealing with our booking couldn't have been more helpful. I hope the cruise itself is as amazing as it sounds.

"Fabulous holiday but issues with Imagine Cruising "

My advice if using this company would be to make sure everything required is included at the point of booking. We made the mistake of booking before the flights were out and telling Imagine that we would want to upgrade to Premium economy on the long haul flights when they became available. We also wanted to extend two extra nights in a hotel at the end of our holiday. We were subsequently charged an eye watering amount for the extras. By this time we had committed to the holiday and paid a large deposit so we couldn’t back out.
Also, do not accept anything you are told at face value. About 3 months prior to our trip, Imagine informed us our BA return flight was cancelled and our best option was to fly indirectly back through Doha with Qatar and then on to London with BA. Admittedly they did refund us some of the extra money we had paid back. However, when we were sat at the gate waiting for our Qatar flight, there was a direct BA flight going back to London at the next gate, about an hour earlier than our original cancelled flight, which begs the question, why we weren’t transferred onto this flight rather than sent via Doha. Since Qatar do not offer Premium Economy, we spent an enormous amount of time trying to get extra legroom seats on the economy flight and I am now in the process of trying to get a refund from BA for the seat reservations on the cancelled flight. I am sure the reason for the indirect flight will be to do with money. Another couple we met on our trip who also used Imagine were rerouted back through Helsinki and advised by Imagine not to use Qatar as they would have to check their luggage in again at Doha (which wasn’t true). This was all very annoying because the actual holiday was superb. Everything ran like clockwork, the hotels, tours, transfers and cruise were amazing. It’s a great shame as they have some fabulous itineraries and we holiday a lot but I doubt we would use them again after this experience.
