I dealt with Kika and her knowledge was excellent and she was very patient with my numerous changes!!! This is the third cruise with Imagine and i'm sure I will use them again

Booked to take the stress out of travelling 4/5 times a year formerly booked by ourselves
Flight information, check in details, arrival information, Transfers and Hotel totally unsatisfactory and led to delays, safety issues and stress.
Representative at Hotel not interested wouldn’t take our name to confirm complaint.
Told CEO flying out and Hotel would not be used again

"Silversea Silva Nova Cruise to Japan/Korea"

We have just booked a Silver Sea Cruise to Japan and Koream then adding on China and ending in HK. Morgan, who took our details and noted some changes we wanted to make, was extremely helpful. We were able to make payments in stages, which is helpful.
We have been with Imagine Crusing/Silversea previously and on all occasions these have been fantastic holidays.
