We had a problem at the turkish airport which at the time upset us and marred the end to an excellent cruise
arranged by Imagine. Once home we got in touch with Imagine and explained the problem and they sorted it all within days. We found them to most civil and polite in the dealings.

We recently came back from a cruise with Imagine, and had some problems with the airport transfers, we made a complaint and it was sorted out within a day, Samantha Simoncsics was excellent, listened to us and rectified the problem within hours, we have already booked another cruise with them for next year, in our experience it's not the problems that occur but how the company deals with them, a five star company and we highly recommend them.

We can only comment about the enquiry and booking process so far. From seeing the advertisement in the newspaper to deposit payment, our consultant Joe was excellent throughout. He was helpful and knowledgeable without being at all pushy. He called back when promised and backed everything up by email. He worked extremely hard to tailor and secure our dream holiday for us.
