We have used Imagine Cruising for many years & many holidays. However, we are now experiencing problems due to them not appearing to put customers first. Our departure flight time was changed and although we requested an earlier departure time, there was no flexibility with this, unless we requested a full change of flights outbound & inbound, incurring an additional cost for all of these flights on top of an already expensive holiday.

We just returned from the first one booked through this company and were impressed by their organisation and value for money, and feel that their communications with us before and during the holiday were about the best we have come across; frequent, useful and reassuring. It all went like clockwork and will defiantly be booking through them again.

Imagine Cruising have to be the most incompetent travel company in the UK. Their marketing is attractive, and their front line sales are also good - but their itinerary accuracy is dreadful. They ruined my husband's birthday trip to Barbados, by booking us on the wrong day, to the wrong Caribbean Island, on the wrong airline. The errors went unnoticed at their offices, and it was left to me, their client, to highlight the errors. There were other major errors on Imagine Cruisings side during the itinerary - missed transfers, hotel not booked correctly - and then they wanted to drop us off at Barbados Airport at 8am for a 9.30pm flight. Over 13 hours at a foreign airport? I don't think so. Avoid Imagine Cruising!

My experience of being a vegetarian in Croatia:-On our recent holiday cruise, 8th September 2024, I was booked as requiring vegetarian menu. Two following phone calls were made to ensure this, but... on having our first evening meal this was not available for me as neither the chef/cook/kitchen/leader had it recorded!!.
It took a few days to produce anything other than fish, (which I dislike), or some unimaginative food. There was no choice of menu at lunch for other guests, they ate what was listed on the information board. I was v. disappointed as had expected cuisine.
