Simply superb customer service.I made a fair few telephone calls over a number of days. Each time getting to speak with Tony (Who is in Capetown South Africa! Local UK call rate though)
All of my questions were answered at the time and those that were not he got answers too AND called me back as promised.
Cannot fault Imagine Cruising, if only all companies were this good at customer service.

I have just booked a second cruise with Imagine cruises for 2025. The cruise consultant Tim was the most informative, patient and helpful advisor I have ever dealt with. The booking process was very professional throughout and I would have no reservations in booking with Imagine cruises again or recommending them.
I had a few changes I wished to make and asked lot of questions,at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. If all their cruise consultants are as good as Tim they are a very fortunate company.
I will be surely be booking my next cruise with Tim.
