"Fake Cruise Deals?"

This company advertises non-existent cruise deals in their Sunday Times ad supplement. Had a full page ad detailing a too good to be true deal - a three week luxury Indian Ocean cruise from Mauritius + all return flights inclusive from London + two nights at a luxury Mauritius resort for £2499! Called them and got through to Chloe who confirms that was correct. But unable to give any availability or confirm anything. Such a low price can never be true or just meant to lure customers to register with Imagine Cruises. Says the cruise company site is showing all cabins are gone and she would call back in ten minutes. When I look up the company site, most cabins are still available - but they are at much higher prices (unlike the unbelievably low prices that Imagine Cruises 'offers' to lure customers). Calls once again and says she will get back in a few minutes. Never heard again!

One deals with one rep and it is impossible to get back to the same rep as they may not be in the office the following day. Booking with Imagine was fine until I paid and then I could not get any straight answers to my queries.. my main problem is that the automated operator telling you that all calls are answered witthin 5 mnutes, is absolutely unture, i have often waited 10 minutes and in frusration put the phone down and endeavoured to send an email.
I then get an answer i require and a different rep answers my query. I find there is no personal attention although the reps do their best, They do not have all the answers and promise to come back to you. it is a minefield.
