"Inefficient flight booking service"

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in
30 years for mishandling of flight bookings. I asked the company to book regional flights as a connection to my international flights as I was using the same carrier but they booked them on a separate ticket and have refused to do anything about it. It means that
one has to collect luggage from a domestic flight and then check in again. So incovenient. They also gave me incorrect flight booking references twice !!
The flights were booked last December for August so they had time to change.
