Heavy telesales techniques, no details provided in writing, expected to book a expensive holiday with no confirmed itinerary in advance! Headline cheap prices which are no longer available. No ability to provide a quote on the prices, all done by phone means if its wrong the customer has no rights. Needless to say we wont be booking!
