Not got off to a very good start. No email confirming our deposit receipt, and when we had the booking confirmation the wrong cabin had been booked. It seemed like a very long day trying to get this sorted out, we never got our original cabin and ended up with one in not such a nice location. Really hope the rest of our experience is an improvement.
We've not used this company before and I think we will return to our usual travel agent. I am also quite concerned about the demand for a very high deposit, far more than the cruise line deposit plus full cost of our flights which I was told we had to pay. It is a round sum figure nearly twice as much as it should be but I felt at the time I had no alternative but to pay.
