We have had various holidays with Imagine and have always found the process efficient and faultless. However, this latest one was exceptionally good. We were looked after by Connor who was an absolute star and was able to cope with our endless questions and requested alterations to the schedule. This really was an exceptionally good service he provided. It would be a wonderful world if all companies offering products to the public could be as good as Imagine!

Had contacted other companies and when I rang Imagine Cruising they talked through what cruise I was looking at - and then rang me back with details and a cost. After other responses, I booked holiday straight away. I found the company professional, polite and very efficient.
