I would give 0 stars if I could—horrible experience with them.
In the beginning, it sounded very nice and good. Sales managers were very 'sweat boy' and promised seamless integration within our linnworks software to theirs. They vowed to integrate and launch the first marketplace nearly without our interaction. Yeah right...
Companies staff unqualified and noobs- don't know what they do.
After six months, we tried to cancel your contract- and they wouldn't let us.
Very malicious, not trustworthy people/company! In the process, we lost 25000£ plus spent thousands on legal.
PLEASE take our advice and avoid them!

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULANT. please read all reviews about this company before you sign. Be care of their contracts. They took 7 months and couldn't get the implementation done. they charge every month service fee even if you are not live. in our case, we were 7 month into the contract and we were not live. $33,750 and WERE NOT ABLE TO GO LIVE. NEED A LAWYER TO GET OUT.

As a seller on eBay and Amazon, I have been dealing with ChannelAdvisor for more than a year now. When the company approached me; I've been introduced by a lovely man named "Owen Jones". He is probably the main reason why I feel comfortable and confident in doing business with ChannelAdvisor. He is a very friendly person and highly professional. Despite that I've been assigned a different advisor; it has been always him whom I approach whenever I need any assistance (Even though he is specialized in Sales, not technical/account support). I consider him a friend of mine and it is people like him who make doing business such a joy to do. ChannelAdvisor is a platform for very serious merchants. It is not the easiest to learn, and onboarding could take months. It is also one of the most expensive subscriptions out there. But hey; you will be dealing with experts who understand your needs and requirements. You must prepare yourself for a long term commitment with their software and use it effectively to take advantage of all powerful enhancements it has to offer. There is a major learning curve involved, and if you are tired from basic competitors who can not boost your sales significantly; maybe it is time for you to leap jump and use the world's number one inventory management software. I tried so many other providers, and nobody come even remotely close to what ChannelAdvisor can do for your business. I hope my feedback help new sellers out there as well as established ones. Really disappointed with this software. Absolutely awful - avoid.
There are other suppliers in market such as Anatwine and Pentagon if you are looking for an alternative provider.

"Channel Advisor Managed Services does…"
Channel Advisor Managed Services does not provide enough time for their assigned account manager to be effective.
With ten clients to manage for each account manager and a 30 minute weekly meeting, this allows just 3.5 hours to work on your account each week. That is barely enough time for implementation let alone training. That is why their timeframe for most things 3 months is out.
Managed Services does not mean managing the entirety of your account. They manage only setup of marketplaces and actions within the Channel Advisor platform excluding the bulk data management.
Your account manager may not be experienced enough in your industry to effectively launch your marketplace stores. Our industry has a lot of MAP (minimum advertised price) policies and did not think to suggest a profitability factor for listings, thus causing our store launches to sell products that are not profitable for marketplaces.
So, do not expect fast results.

"Good luck cancelling"
Billing nightmare. Our company went out of business after using CA for 11 years. Our contract auto renews every year unless we cancel it. The billing date is in December, but apparently the renewal date was 30 days earlier in November. After so many years, all I knew about was the billing date. I didn't even know the renewal date was 30 days prior. Anyway, I thought I canceled in plenty of time before the billing date, but apparently it was only 3 days before the contract renewal date. They wanted 30 days notice before the renewal date. So now they want to put me on the hook for an entire additional year at $10k for services that I have not used in months before my cancellation notice. And I still have not used it nor intend to use it because our business is closed down. I don't understand their need to bill me for 1 year in the future for a service that won't be used. They do not stop calling you.. And when you remove yourself from their list.. they keep calling... Years, every month or two.. They are terrible.
Untalented, super expensive. Watch some youtube videos.. you can do way better than them
UPDATE: Their response is a joke,,, I GUARANTEE i will keep getting calls, as they have continuously said they will stop, but dont.
On another note, we tested out their service few years ago.. Waste of money

"Worst experience ever"
Worst experience ever. It took us more time to integrate to a marketplace with them, than fully develop all API connections ourselves. Very bad customer support and expensive solution. Check Lengow for a better software, support and prices.
