"Es una estafa"

Es una estafa. Te mandan un email de que han mandado tu producto con un numero de seguimiento en DHL Express y cuando llamas a DHL Express te dicen que el pedido esta documentado por lo que hay un numero de seguimiento pero nunca les han llamado para recoger el pedido.

No contestan el teléfono español ni el de Marruecos.

El email de atención al cliente te lo devuelve el servidor porque no existe

Did you all just get an email from the NEW Marrakech Chic website?? I can't believe they actually have the nerve to email their list of people again advertising the same product, with the same photos, when they stole money from us!!! They have a new website: marrakechchic dot homes I guess these guys truly are professional scam artists. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that because they'd advertised on facebook they had toooo many orders to fulfill and just couldn't do it. But here they are - a fresh new website with a slightly different url - ready to take our money again!!! I'm pissed.

I ordered 4 pillows in February and never received them. I was constantly given new delivery dates that were never held up. On my latest email to customer service I did not even get a reply. Possibly a scam company.

"SCUM!! Do not order!!!"

Do not order anything from this company! Totally SCAM! I ordered 100.00USD worth of pillow cases in March 2023 and now it’s June 22, 2023 and nothing has arrived!
Wrote to them they offered me a 10 percent discount for my next purchase and promised that I will get my pillow cases in May. Never got them and now they are not replying to my text!
Do not order anything from them!

Absolutely disgusting how they take people’s money and never send the goods.
I ordered a cushion from them in April and still haven’t received it. I sent many emails and no one ever bothered to get back to me. I’m so shocked how can a business function like this.. and the cushion wasn’t cheap. I’m so disappointed but still hoping to receive my goods or at least an answer from them.
DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS.

"Absolute scam"

Absolute scam. I have been waiting for a rug and cushion covers ordered on the 31st of December 2022. No response from customer service, I’ve asked for my money back, nada. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

"Worst company ever"

Worst company ever. We ordered a rug which got delayed two months, when it finally was made it was made in the wrong size. We decided to cancel the order and have now been waiting for our refund for almost a month.

They are also deleting bad reviews here haha.
