"My order from Marrakech"

I am going to edit the review I made before, Even though I waited a long time for my order, I have now received it, and I am very happy with the products I bought. I would just have to say to anybody waiting for their order to be delivered, their customer service is a bit slow, but you will receive your order eventually. I was sceptical at first but after I have received their products, I am really happy with them.

UN DESASTRE! Hice un pedido hace 6 meses y ni he conseguido recibir el pedido ni la devolución del dinero. He contactado con ellos en repetidas ocasiones, parece que lo van a resolver y luego vuelven a desaparecer. O dicen que contactaran pronto conmigo y nunca lo hacen. Nunca los recomendaría y aún estoy esperando la devolución. La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca. Una estafa!

I have ordered a carpet last 2 months and they keep delaying the shipment I am not to sure if its even going to come . I have made a complaint so lets see if I will receive this in 2 weeks .

I placed an order and I was updated every step of the way. Unfortunately I had an issue with my delivery but it was resolved promptly and they have been most helpful. The itwm i ordered is well made and beautiful! If you need to contact them I would say use WhatsApp as they respond quickly.

"Bonito producto pero mal servicio... están empezando"

El pedido debía llegar en 4 día y tardó 2 meses... errores en la dirección que tuvieron q reenviarlo y escasa comunicación durante el proceso. Mucha incertidumbre. Al final llegó, pero tuve que pagar más... el producto está bien pero hay que asumir todo lo demás...
