This company is a scam. After refusing to fulfill my order for over a month, they finally posted an apology. However please note that in the apology/justification, they omitted any contact information and did not share the name of the individual who wrote the letter. They acknowledged that their listed phone numbers aren’t real. All of their posted justifications to other customers state the same thing - with no action or follow-through on their part. Although their website is well done, this is NOT a legitimate company with fair business practices. It is a scam - don’t fall for it.

SCAM site is not a shop. I was scammed, I ordered two pillows in February and have not received either the pillows or my money back. I have contacted the company several times they respond giving long explanations that they had flooding or that their employee forgot to post my order. They have they always have an explanation and excuse but nothing happens. It has been 3 months and they have not refunded my money or sent any items I have purchased.
The positive opinion it is a scam, it is they themselves who gave themselves the positive review.
