Una estafa. Pedí un producto, pasado más de un mes no lo recibí y pedí la devolución del dinero, me dijeron que la habían tramitado y nunca me llegaron a mandar el justificante del reembolso ni nada similar, han pasado 15 días y no responden. Solo he conseguido hablar con ellos en una ocasión y fueron todo mentiras. No han contestado ni a emails, ni llamadas... Pena no haber leído todas estas opiniones de antemano. Iré a denunciar.

This is online merchant is a scam. They appear to be a legitimate business but whenever you request customer assistance, they either don't respond or punt your inquiry claiming supply chain or other logistics issues. They're selling merchandise they don't have, but take your money before shipping confirmation. Report any unfulfilled orders to your bank as wire fraud.

SCAM SCAM, do not order here, they dont send your order - 23/4 I order a marrocan puff, black/white, After several and many writings to customer servce, they say it has been send, but after a week I contacted the shipping company , and they said they never got the parcel, even though They have send a tracking numb. i write again to customer service and They tell me Ohhh we are So busy, please wait Your order will be send, but NO no, now I contacted my creditcard and they try to get my money back and hopefully nobody is going to fall in the same trap as me.

Didn’t even receive an email confirmation. Have sent several emails, no reply. The link to their website doesn’t work. Well, guess I will never see any cushions or get my money back.

I bought some products from them from 13 Arpil, it's 29 of May and i haven't received products, i asked for a refund like two weeks ago and no answer. It's scam. Do not try. The products that that have i bought from Marrakech 1/2 price of what they are selling, so they are even cheaper. I took a contact from a seller in their market to collaborate with if i shall need anything else. Do not trust do not try. Scammers

Waiting for months and no delivery has been received yet, they just took the money and no response other than apologizes. Asked for a refund, no reply

One more week waiting… since march basically. They are so fast answering to the bad reviews but when you send an email to them there no answers at all!!!! I contacted them on Instagram, Facebook, whatsapp and email and no answers 🤷🏻‍♀️. As the time goes by more and more negative feedbacks are published here. To avoid decrease their score the company keeps posting fake good feedbacks to balance the final score! You can see that the feedbacks are completely fake for miles. This company does not exist !
Now they created a new carácter - Rita Yacoub, that sometimes “answers” to the email as a “costumer service agent”
