"Ordered an ottoman before seeing these…"

Ordered an ottoman before seeing these reviews. Website is pretty with lots of on trend designs. It however has not arrived and no response from chat or customer service. I very much doubt it will and will amend this review if it does. At the very least it extremely late and communication from the sales team is appalling.

I would advise anyone to avoid and buy else where.

Since leaving this review I was asked to contact them through their hello@marrakech email. Again No Answer or information. The web site bot provides no information and no one gets back to you.

I have finally just been contacted 5 weeks after order to say they cannot fill the order and are refunding me. French connection have delivered a replacement in 2 days.

I never received my order and wasn't answered when i requested a refund. Will be claiming a chargeback (paid with debit card) via my bank and advise anyone in the same boat to do the same.
