Like so many other energy companies they like to keep you £100’s in credit. Sorry but I’m not a lending bank, I don’t pay for future groceries at a supermarket or indeed future fuel for my car.
At the moment I think they’re marginaly better than their competitors but this may change when I next get a comparison quote.

I was very pleased that go to energy contacted me to let me know that my plan had ended; I would have been even happier if the contact was at the actual time that the plan ended and not 3 months later.
