"A very good first impression!"

Although it was my intention to operate my account on-line eventually, I used the GoTo freephone telephone system to switch (today,18/02/2021), because I had several issues for which I wanted clarification.
The man I spoke with, Ian, was polite, patient, knowledgible, efficient and wellspoken. The process was atraightforward and was completed satisfactorily within about 10 minutes - and with all my questions answered.
A few minutes later I received an email, inviting me to set-up my account on-line. This was straightforward: I found the wesite to be clear and easily navigable. I hope the rest of the switching process is as easy.
