"Adam was extremely helpful"

Adam was extremely helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. We now have the best lighting we’ve ever had. With two visually impaired people this is a huge boost to quality of life.

Fantantstic service from Pagazzi.com. Lights turned up very well packaged and we didn’t wait long for delivery. The lights look amazing and were much cheaper from Pagazzi than other shops. I cannot believe more happier . Thank you Pagazzi xx

"Great staff, great choice."

Great staff. We turned up a bit late to collect an order on Thursday night, just as they were about to close up. Asma and Adam couldn't have been more helpful; got the order sorted quickly, sorted us out for some fancy bulbs, and never once made us feel rushed.
Have put the lights up and we love them.

"Bad experience and wouldn't recommend."

We were looking for a dinning table and could see one with the right colour combination in Pagazzi so decided to get one from there in June 2024.
The experience right from start went downhill after the billing happened:
1. After the first promised date, we were told that the supplier is facing issues with dinning bench and hence the order will be delayed.
2. After 3-4 months of waiting we finally received the table and as we unpacked we noticed the dinning table had scratches and was damaged near the join (it was an extendable one), called Pagazzi and they said to send images, which we promptly did.
We were informed we could use it till our replacement arrives in December 2024.
3. We called to chase for the new table and were told they generally don't give timelines for replacements (Should I be bothered about employee policies when I was given a timeline?) anyway, we asked for compensation which fell of deaf ears, we were then given a new date of Jan 2025
4. Called in Jan 2025, and they haven't received it from their vendor yet!
so essentially we have wasted more than 6 months of our time and our hard earned money and the whereabouts of our replacement is still unknown! its a real shame that a customer cannot be kept updated with the information!
I don't know if there's an escalation channel or what could be done, but I can only hope that the virtual table that has been in transit for more than 3 months now arrives soon.

"Appalling delivery service very, very poor."

Product ok but Pagazzi’s chosen courier, DX, appallingly bad. Terms are ‘next day delivery for orders before 3pm’ DX notified me of next day delivery, an ‘all day’ window with option to deliver to neighbour or reschedule. Can’t ask neighbour to stay home all day so I did. At 4pm DX declared local depot still didn’t have parcel but promised it still coming that same day. Stayed home all evening but no parcel. Finally delivered following day but no apology or delivery charge discount, Pagazzi customer service gave feeble excuse for DX performance failure and offered nothing more to compensate gross inconvenience. Neither party give a damn and DX not contracted to purchasing party.

"Do not use PAGAZZI Lighting"

Do not use PAGAZZI Lighting! I returned a light fitting using their chosen courier, DPD, and it never made it to their return warehouse—it’s now lost. Despite this being their courier, PAGAZZI is refusing to take responsibility and issue me a refund. until DPD refund them. As the buyer, I’m left out of pocket for over 4 weeks now to something that’s completely out of my control. Their customer service is appalling, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!”
