This is an awesome company. I haven't found any other company that will let you review before receiving your photography back. I purchased an "A La Carte" order and the features are great, and you have more influence over how you get your finished scans back. I also selected a few for restorations. Can't wait to receive my digital files for restored images! It brought back life to the photo.

The one time I had an issue, the same shipping label had been put on two different orders. However, Scancafe worked tirelessly to help me locate the package, which eventually found its way to its final destination. Always keep your shipping receipt.

"The check out system sucks"
The check out system sucks. The instructions say that a price will be given at check out for restoring 8 slides that could use it. No price was given and I was given no chance to say yes or no to the restoration. I have also not been informed as to when the 2 loaded thumbdrives that were part of the order would be shipped along with the return of the physical slides themselves. The digitization of the slides is fine; the back-end or your operation needs to be fixed.
