Scans from my slides were color corrected as expected and turned out well. I had excellent customer service when I thought they had cropped my pictures. It turns out I was viewing them on a TV and my TV was cutting off the edges.

ScanCafe did an excellent job digitizing my B/W and color print photos from the past; most of the digitized photos had good to high resolution, even a 2X2 70-year old B/W print came out quite well with medium resolution.

I have used ScanCafe in the past when my husband passed away unexpectedly and I had my daughter still to raise. Life was crazy and they made it easy. My friend told me to just grab up all of your negatives and throw them in a box. I did just that. I then packed up our lives and moved on. In the midst, ScanCafe delivered what they promised. Years later I checked their work and it was spot on.
So I never worried again. I use ScanCafe whenever I need them.

iI submitted 100 slides for duplication in three formats, downloading, thumb drive and disk. I was totally satisfied with the results and timetable for completion. I will definitely use again.
