I have had the worst experience ever. This company is behind Utility Warehouse Insurance. They are vile,and disrespectful. I had three insurances with them. Home and Buildings. and Full Boiler and Emergency cover.. … when I needed them they were never there. They made every excuse not to address the problem and even took the excess. AVOid AT ALL COSTS AS You WILL BE paying for nothing. They will not help you and Ignore the facts

Making a claim was a really simple process. I also had some questions regarding a refund for alternative accommodation and Vicky was really helpful and sorted this out quickly and efficiently. By the time we'd ended our email correspondence, the payment was in my account.
