He set expectations that we would receive further contact within an hour with updates on how the claim was progressing. And that did happen. Overall an excellent customer service experience, which is rare these days!

Jack was lovely however it turns out that my cover doesn’t cover the problem I had, I paid the excess and even after extensively explaining the problem, it wasn’t realised that the problem wasn’t covered so £60 is effectively down the drain with my leaking tank water!
