Was referred via our household insurance due to suffering a blocked drain. Preferred Management arranged for a local drain clearance company to come out and clear the blockage. We were kept informed as to when to expect them and the two operatives were polite and worked efficiently to locate the blockage which turned out to be on an adjoining property and therefore not within their remit. We were advised as to the next steps to take and whom to contact.

Came home from holiday to lukewarm water and then none! Called UW insurance and they sent someone within 2 hours of my call. Needed a part and back by the next day and hot water working again. Danny the gas engineer and his partner were very friendly and professional and sorted the problem extremely quickly. Would highly recommend and deserve 5 stars

The gentleman, Paul, I spoke to on the phone was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He showed compassion and understanding for our issue with having a 5 month old in the home and worked for a swift resolution without over promising but doing the best within his ability. I cannot rate his customer service highly enough.
I do hope he is able to get the recognition he deserves.
