My issue was a rather unusual one, but he took the time to search the internet to see what exactly I was speaking about.

"Check Your Boiler Cover"

This telephone experience to make a claim on my boiler cover was positive but I was surprised to hear that although my cover is up to £4000, this DOESN'T include a new boiler - I only get £500 max towards a new boiler. The £4,000 covers other damage that may be caused during repair.
Also, with the cover, you get an annual boiler service but you need to remember to book it. It would be kind if UW sent customers an annual reminder for this. So, 5 stars for the guy I spoke to but only 3 stars for the cover.

"Ryan - Excellent customer service"

This morning we had no hot water. At first I thought it was just the shower but it was a boiler fault. Ryan was extremely helpful and professional. I now have a plumber booked for today which is great.
