Excellent service support from Jayne. Unfortunately the system between Preferred Management Solutions and my boiler insurer is not great. I would love if they were to improve it as I was very frustrated with them due to multiple rebookings and then multiple people showing on the same day! Jayne did a great job, taking the time to investigate and understand my issue. All was resolved within a short period of time.
