Brilliant attention from all at Utility Warehouse through what has been a very distressing and frustrating 4 weeks for us when the heating and hot water was not working.

There were conflicting opinions from the Boiler Engineers where we were caught in the middle. Stephen and John, from Utility Warehouse, were very supportive and kind.

Heartfelt thanks to Tracey who helped co-ordinate the conflicting opinions. Her problem solving skills were amazing. Her decisiveness was so impressive and needed in order to help progress the problem.

Fingers crossed that the problem is resolved.
