"A great experience."

My call was answered quickly, Anthony listened to my problem, explained clearly why he was asking the questions he was asking even if they didn’t seem relevant (it was to double check if it was a plumber or boiler engineer that was needed). And he was personable so making the exchange enjoyable rather than just functional. Anthony also arranged the appointment within 20 minutes of my phone call and within 2 working days for the appointment.

I called up regarding a boiler issue. The agent Ross Boyle was able to explain everything clearly and was very patient with my questions. He was very friendly and helpful. I was nervous at first but the process was so smooth. Excellent customer service.

I rang up inform the company about a home emergency that I am needing to make a claim for. The call operator Vicky couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and calming in her response. She has logged it all and I now feel confident that I can deal with this issue and that my claim will be handled swiftly.

"The engineer who visited my property…"

The engineer who visited my property was very helpful and polite. He even took his shoes off without being asked.
He explained everything to me clearly. And was very willing to complete extra tasks that hadn’t been assigned on that visit.

"Very effective Customer Service"

You hear lots about how a call centre agent was 'helpful', but the task at hand isn't actually resolved.

That's not helpful; it's being nice, which in and of itself is a good thing, but it isn't why we call to get help.

Ross Boyle was EFFECTIVE (as well as being really personable and helpful).

He listened carefully and extracted what the issue was from what I shared, confirmed that his understanding was correct, then took direct and appropriate action to see if it could be resolved (which it was).

All done on one call.

Very impressed with the lad, hence the 5 ⭐ review (which I very, very rarely give)

Good service boiler issue resolved quickly

£60 excess seems steep if another specialist is required ie electrician another excess needs to be paid should be one excess despite who is needed to fix it!
