Everyone I have dealt with from the beginning of ordering my chairs to reporting my problem with 2 of my armrest swivel mounts coming out of the chair have been very knowledgeable and quick to resolve my problems. Thank you to all of you.

Not only is this sofa the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on, but it’s also durable. My husband and I have been using it hours daily for 7 months. The only issue was a broken plastic hinge, which 4seating worked with us to get replaced. They are a very helpful and attentive company for any issues you may have. Today I was planning on ordering theatre seating online however, I had questions. I called Customer Service @ 4seating for assistance. Fortunately, I was connected to Joseph Ybarra who was instrumental with my order. His knowledge and willingness to help fulfilled all expectations and my order was placed. We're very excited with our purchase and can't wait for our seats to arrive.

It is unfortunate that I have to change my review from a 5 to a 2. I am giving it a 2 because I would still like to note that Megan was quick and diligent in researching and solving my issue on sending better assembly instructions and that the quality of the chairs are better than expected.

This particular set of chairs is rated by the company as commercial. I was not completely aware of what that meant, but at least figure there would be little assembly required. Let me warn the average consumer that NO PART of these chairs are assembled and yes, you only need 3 tools, but every single screw, part, cushion and knob required, comes separately and unassembled - they weren't the correct tools, and it wasn't an average size Allen wrench. AND the instructions are a one page 8.5x11 lacking any information on exactly how to get the job done.

Since starting the assembly at the beginning of September and it is now almost the end of October, we have sent videos of parts that didn't match or wouldn't line up - and more than once - requests for help and questions about assembly. The only thing we got is "a customer service representative will call" and have not gotten that call to date. We did however, get sent screws to supposedly fix one of the problems from the video (but again, they never contacted us before doing that), but unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong address so we still have not enjoyed our chairs. I would expect a company selling chairs of this price, would at least make an effort to assistant their customer after the sale, but it saddens me to say this is not that company.

This review is centered primarily on the customer service as I have not yet received my seating. The customer service has been OUTSTANDING. After I placed my order, I realized you had to put in the promo code to receive promotional discounts, which I did not do! I called customer service and they immediately refunded me the additional discount off my total. I also had questions on assembly and delivery to ensure I could fit my furniture down my stairs. Megan in customer service explained to me how the items are shipped, how I can disassemble, and sent me videos describing the entire process. Highly recommend purchasing from 4Seating solely for their customer service!

Delivery service accidentally took the manual with all the packing. I contacted customer service and had the manual sent to me quickly. The representative was courteous and professional, and acted quickly. We have the chairs for a month and LOVE it.
