We ordered seats a couple of years ago and had a power supply go bad yesterday. I reached out to 4seating.com with questions about a replacement, and they got back to me within a few hours. We got on the phone, and the representative found the correct replacement and got it shipped out right away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to deal with. Great customer experience!

Received our amazing theatre chairs and had a couple issues I needed to contact 4seating about. As many of the reviews state, I too was lucky Megan Moore was the customer service rep that took my call. She was very attentive to my needs and quickly took action to resolving my concerns. I had follow-up emails/calls/texts within the hour and replacement parts ordered in no time. Customer service of this level is hard to find anymore and I was very reluctant my call for help, but Megan and 4Seating are top notch in this regard. My stress to phone in the issues quickly became relief as she guaranteed they'd be taking care of anything. Hats off to Megan, her contributions to the company should not go unnoticed.
